Population Non-Hispanic Black % by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — San Antonio Metro

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The highest concentrations of Non-Hispanic Black residents cluster in the northeast quadrant of San Antonio, particularly in zip codes near and east of Schertz, where percentages reach roughly 20–30%, likely corresponding to areas around Randolph Air Force Base and Fort Sam Houston. The southern, western, and far northern peripheral zip codes consistently register near 0–5%, reflecting the predominantly Hispanic demographic composition of those areas. A secondary moderate cluster appears in central San Antonio just east of downtown, while areas like Von Ormy, New Braunfels, and the rural outer ring remain among the lowest in the metro.
