Population Non-Hispanic Black % by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Miami Metro

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The highest concentrations of Non-Hispanic Black population, exceeding 50% and in many cases approaching 100%, form a distinct north-south corridor running through central Broward County—particularly in zip codes between Fort Lauderdale and Miramar—and in pockets of northern Miami-Dade near Hialeah and Miami Gardens. In sharp contrast, the southern portions of Miami-Dade County, including the Homestead area and the Florida Keys extension, along with coastal zip codes from Miami Beach northward, register near-zero percentages. Hialeah and its surrounding zip codes also stand out as notably low, consistent with those areas' predominantly Hispanic demographic composition, creating a stark boundary against adjacent majority-Black neighborhoods.
