Population Hispanic % by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Seattle Metro

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

Hispanic population concentrations in the Seattle metro area are most pronounced in the south King County corridor—particularly around Tukwila, SeaTac, and parts of Kent and Renton—where several zip codes reach 25–35% or higher, with additional elevated clusters near Tacoma and Lakewood in Pierce County. By contrast, the north Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond, and Bellevue zip codes consistently fall below 10%, creating a sharp north-south demographic gradient across the metro region. The western coastal zip codes and far eastern exurban areas also trend notably low, reinforcing that Hispanic residents are disproportionately concentrated in the region's more affordable south-central urban and suburban communities.
