NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.
The Indianapolis metropolitan area, particularly its northern and suburban zip codes such as those in Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville), displays the highest median home values in the state, with several zip codes reaching $400,000–$500,000 or above, creating a distinct bright cluster in the central portion of the map. Northern Indiana near the Michigan border and the northwest corner (Lake County/Gary area) show considerable heterogeneity, with pockets of very low values under $100,000 adjacent to moderate-value suburban areas. Southern Indiana generally trends toward lower median values in the $100,000–$150,000 range, with the exception of select zip codes near Bloomington and along the Ohio River corridor that show modestly elevated values.
