% of Households with Broadband Internet, by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Dallas Metro

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

Broadband adoption rates across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex exhibit a clear north-south gradient, with zip codes in the northern suburbs around McKinney, Plano, and Frisco consistently reaching 90–100%, while areas south of downtown Dallas and southern Fort Worth drop to 50–70%. The lowest broadband penetration cluster appears in south-central Dallas, where several zip codes fall below 50%, likely correlating with lower-income communities. A secondary pocket of lower connectivity is visible in parts of west and southwest Fort Worth, contrasting sharply with the high-adoption yellow zones that dominate the northern and northeastern portions of the metro.
