Population Non-Hispanic White % by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Florida

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The highest concentrations of non-Hispanic white residents (80–100%) form a distinct band along the Gulf Coast from the Nature Coast through the Tampa Bay exurbs, across much of the Panhandle, and in northeast Florida's coastal communities. South Florida presents a stark contrast, with Miami-Dade County zip codes dropping well below 20%, reflecting the region's predominantly Hispanic population, while pockets of very low non-Hispanic white percentages also appear in urban cores around Orlando, Jacksonville, and the Glades region near Lake Okeechobee. Central Florida displays considerable heterogeneity at the zip-code level, with adjacent areas often differing by 30–40 percentage points, particularly around the I-4 corridor between Tampa and Daytona Beach.
