Population Non-Hispanic White % by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Oregon

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The northwestern quadrant of Oregon, encompassing the Portland metropolitan area, displays notably lower non-Hispanic white percentages—often in the 40–70% range—reflecting the state's most demographically diverse urban core. Eastern and southeastern Oregon zip codes tend toward higher white population shares (80–100%), consistent with rural areas of lower overall population density and limited immigration settlement. A distinct cluster of very low percentages (under 20%) appears in south-central Oregon near the Klamath Basin, likely corresponding to tribal reservation lands such as the Klamath Tribes area, as well as in the Warm Springs Reservation zone in north-central Oregon.
