Median Age by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Dallas Metro

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

Median age skews youngest—generally below 30—in zip codes clustered south of downtown Dallas and in parts of central Arlington and Fort Worth, areas that tend to correspond with higher immigrant populations and younger family households. The oldest median ages, reaching into the mid-40s to low 50s, concentrate in the northern suburban corridor stretching from northwest of Fort Worth through the exurban communities north of McKinney, as well as in select outer-ring zip codes on the metro's periphery. A notable outlier appears near Irving, where one zip code registers a median age above 55, likely reflecting a concentration of senior living communities or age-restricted housing.
