Household Median Income by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Orlando Metro

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The highest household median incomes in the Orlando metro concentrate in the southwestern quadrant near Winter Garden and in a band of zip codes stretching north toward Apopka, where several areas exceed $125,000. A stark contrast emerges in downtown Orlando and its immediate surroundings, where zip codes register among the lowest median incomes in the region, falling below $30,000—creating a pronounced core-periphery income gradient. The southern portion of the metro around Kissimmee and St. Cloud generally falls in the moderate range of $50,000–$70,000, while the northeastern zip codes display a patchwork of upper-middle incomes interspersed with pockets of relative affluence near Altamonte Springs.
