Household Median Income by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Georgia

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The Atlanta metropolitan area in the north-central part of the state exhibits the highest concentration of household median incomes, with several zip codes in the northern suburbs exceeding $125,000–$150,000, while zip codes closer to the urban core display a sharp income gradient. Southern and southwestern Georgia consistently registers lower median incomes, broadly falling in the $25,000–$40,000 range, with particularly deep pockets of low income around Albany, rural southwest counties, and parts of the southeastern coastal plain. A secondary cluster of moderate incomes ($50,000–$80,000) is visible along the Savannah metro area and portions of the northeastern mountain region, though neither approaches the affluence concentrated in Atlanta's northern arc.
