Married Couple (% of all Households) by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Atlanta Metro

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

Married-couple households concentrate most heavily in the northern suburbs, with zip codes near Alpharetta reaching roughly 75–80% and a broad band of 55–65% stretching through Roswell, East Cobb, and parts of Sandy Springs. A sharp drop-off occurs moving into the city core and south of Hartsfield-Jackson, where many zip codes fall below 25–30%, creating a pronounced north-south gradient across the metro. Pockets of moderate rates (40–50%) appear in transitional areas such as Smyrna and western Marietta, serving as a buffer between the high-marriage suburban north and the lower-rate urban south.
