Population Non-Hispanic White % by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Arkansas

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The Arkansas Delta region along the eastern border exhibits markedly lower non-Hispanic white population percentages, with numerous zip codes falling below 20-40%, reflecting the historically high Black population concentrations in the Mississippi River floodplain counties. Northwest Arkansas and the northern Ozark counties display predominantly yellow shading indicating 80-100% non-Hispanic white populations, while the central corridor around Little Rock shows sharp intra-urban contrasts with some zip codes dropping below 10% adjacent to areas exceeding 70%. Southern Arkansas also contains scattered pockets of lower white population share, particularly in the southeastern corner near the Louisiana border and in areas around Pine Bluff.
