Population Non-Hispanic White % by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Miami Metro

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

Non-Hispanic White population shares are highest along the coastal zip codes north of Fort Lauderdale and in the Coral Springs area, where several zip codes exceed 60–80%, creating a distinct concentration in the northern and northeastern portions of the metro. In contrast, the central and southern sections—particularly around Hialeah, Miramar, and inland Miami-Dade County—register well below 20%, reflecting the region's large Hispanic and Black populations. The coastal strip from Hollywood south through Miami Beach displays moderate percentages in the 30–50% range, forming a visible gradient between the whiter northern suburbs and the more diverse urban core.
