% of Households with Broadband Internet, by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Oregon

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The Portland metropolitan area and Willamette Valley corridor display consistently high broadband adoption rates, generally exceeding 85%, with several zip codes in the western suburbs reaching near-universal coverage above 95%. Central and southeastern Oregon exhibit the sharpest contrasts, where isolated urban centers like Bend show strong connectivity surrounded by vast rural zip codes with rates dropping below 60%, and several remote areas in Harney, Lake, and Wheeler counties fall to some of the lowest levels in the state. A notable cluster of very low broadband penetration (below 50%) appears in parts of south-central Oregon around Klamath and Lake counties, as well as scattered pockets in the Warm Springs and John Day regions of central Oregon.
