Bachelor's Degree or Higher (% of Over 25) by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Kansas

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The Kansas City metropolitan area in the northeast corner of the state exhibits the highest concentrations of bachelor's degree attainment, with several zip codes exceeding 50%, while the Manhattan area (home to Kansas State University) and Lawrence (University of Kansas) also stand out as bright yellow clusters reflecting their college-town demographics. Much of western and rural Kansas falls in the 10–20% range, with scattered pockets dropping below 10%, underscoring a pronounced urban-rural education divide. Notable exceptions include isolated zip codes around Wichita in south-central Kansas and a few communities near Hays and Salina that show moderately elevated attainment relative to their surrounding rural areas.
