Population Non-Hispanic American Indian % by Zip Code (ZCTA5) — Colorado

NOTE: Gray indicates insufficient data or a suppressed estimate.

The southwestern corner of Colorado stands out with the highest concentrations of Non-Hispanic American Indian population, consistent with the location of the Southern Ute and Ute Mountain Ute reservations in the Ignacio and Towaoc areas, where percentages reach into the 25–100% range. A secondary cluster of moderately elevated percentages (5–15%) appears along the western slope near the Utah border, while the vast majority of zip codes across the Front Range urban corridor and eastern plains register below 1%. A few isolated zip codes in the south-central and east-central portions of the state show slightly elevated shares in the 3–5% range, likely reflecting small rural communities with modest Native populations.
